MIIT's 2025 first-half industrial briefing disclosed sector metrics such as numerical-control use in key textile processes and digital R&D-tool adoption. They are useful industry context, not evidence of an individual supplier's onsite capability.
The public record notes: The briefing reported a 65.6% numerical-control rate for key processes in above-designated-size textile enterprises. It also reported 84.3% adoption of digital R&D design tools. Sector statistics do not equal an individual factory's equipment, quality, or delivery performance.
Industry data can help buyers ask better verification questions—how sample versions are controlled, process changes recorded, and exception batches traced—but answers must still come from supplier evidence, documents, and review.
