PPE remediation plan calls for checks at every purchase: receiving must extend to the worksite

A three-agency remediation plan emphasizes purchase, receiving, and worksite control. For workwear, quantity and appearance checks cannot replace verification of model, evidence documents, fit, training, and actual field-use state.

The public record notes: The notice was released in September 2025. It calls for a receiving-inspection system under a check-at-every-purchase principle. It also references purchasing, storage, issue, use, maintenance, replacement, and retirement management.

A workable receiving sheet should record goods, documents, and use boundary: actual model, batch, labels, test/declaration files, intended job, exception handling, and storage location. That creates a traceability starting point for complaints or quality anomalies.
