Collection and purpose
The form collects your name, organization, contact details, industry, event idea, service choices and consent time/version to understand and respond to your inquiry. Spam protection uses hashed rate-limit identifiers. Inquiry records are not public.
Access and handling
Authorized team members handle inquiries through a protected workspace and retain them as needed to process the request. Hosting and database services store records. Submissions are not automatically sent to content-generation models.
Correction and deletion
Use the contact page to request correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, including your reference number. The team verifies and handles the request.
